The dictionary defines Calamity as “a great misfortune or disaster, as a flood or serious injury.” Also defined as a “grievous affliction; adversity; misery.”

Calamity – Part 2

There is one Hebrew word found in Deuteronomy that reveals a great mystery and contains the essence of the Song of Moses including both the judgment and the glorious end-times deliverance of the Children of Israel. Surprisingly the mystery is revealed in the Pictures and Numbers hidden under the three Hebrew letters that is translated into English as Calamity.

Calamity – Part 3

The meaning of CALAMITY has the same idea and provokes the same question. In the same way that the picture translated “where is the Father?” is the quintessential picture of ANGER, the picture translated “Where is the PATH or DOORWAY? The essence of CALAMITY. The picture of Calamity is literally a picture of the Father (Aleph) separating with His Hand (Yood) the way to the Door or Pathway (Dalet). In other words, it is, “Where is the Path? Where is the Doorway?” To put it in the Hebrew ideal based on the picture meaning, the question is as follows: “Where is the Path to Life?” If we are separated from the Doorway or the Pathway to Life, we are not only experiencing CALAMITY of the first magnitude, we are in a desperate condition that can only be described as both disastrous and eternally life-threatening.
